The Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB) is responsible for electricity distribution, customer connections, billing, maintenance, and power-supply services across Kozhikode district. Its mission is to provide electricity safely, reliably, sustainably, and at an affordable cost. For a power failure, keep your consumer number ready and mention the affected location, transformer or nearby landmark, and the time the interruption began. For fallen wires, sparks, or electrical accidents, stay away from the area and contact KSEB immediately rather than approaching the wire.KSEB’s official online portal is usually the quickest option for routine payments and selected applications, while the nearest electrical section is more appropriate for local connection issues, document verification, meter concerns, and complaints requiring field inspection.
